Terms for the procurement, commissioning, distribution and use of artwork by Antaeus.

Payment and refunds:Payment is accepted through Paypal.I will offer full refunds if you decide to cancel the transaction before I send you the initial draft of the piece. Afterwards, I'll offer you a partial refund based on how much of it has been completed. Refunds will not be available after I send the flats (if you choose a full lineart piece) or a refined sketch (if you go for a colored sketch).Age Restriction:This page and all commissions are strictly 18+ only. By subscribing or contacting me, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. I reserve the right to review publicly available social media or profile information if I have the reason to suspect a client might be under 18.Any client suspect to be a minor would be declined and refunded at my discretion.I will only draw characters that can be reasonably interpreted as adults, requests involving underage characters will be rejected. This is non negotiable.Deadlines:I do not work under strict deadlines, however the number of commission slots opened will remain in line with what can reasonably be completed within approximately two to three weeks.Updates and revisions:Revisions are offered during the sketch phase, as well as for markings, shading, and color adjustments near completion. If anything appears amiss, please speak up and let me know, delivering work my clients are happy with is important to me. Feel free to message me at any point if you'd like an update on the process.Use Of WorkI retain all rights to my artwork unless commercial usage rights have been formally agreed upon, and compensated for. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or otherwise profit from my work without explicit permission.Under no circumstances can you upload my art to train, test, or in any way interact with an artificial intelligence generation or any other vector of transformative or generative computer software, you may not apply an AI filter, generate AI text, or perform any such actions with my art.Won’t draw:Underage characters, “babyfurs”, diapers, DDLG, etc.
Feral characters. Bipedal, humanoid anthropomorphic characters only.
Stolen characters, designs created by, used for or with reference generated by AI.
